IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We offer world wide shipping using UPS (www.ups.com) and USPS (www.usps.com). We at vbgames are trying harder each and every day to bring you the absolute best gaming store with the largest selection of products at the lowest unbeatable prices. Listed below are important information regarding payment methods and shipping policies.
PayPal and CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
If you are paying by credit card your information will be verified and if approved your order then will placed in the system for processing. In stock items ship within 2 - 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
SENDING IN PREPAYMENTS (MONEY ORDERS or PERSONAL CHECKS)
If you are sending in a prepayment, please note that personal checks and money orders take time to clear. After your payment has cleared the bank your products will proceed to the processing department. When considering the shipping schedule, please allow for the time it takes for your payment to reach us, clear the bank, process, and then ship back to you.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed fixed shipping delivery schedules. Your placement in the order system and shipping volume should all be factored in when considering your delivery time. (During peak periods, Holidays, and major events shipping times add up to one extra week shipping time for the Holiday Rush!)
VbGames does not offer freight reimbursement for late delivery by any carrier anywhere in the world in any circumstance. We at vbgames are working harder each and every day to bring you the best possible customer service. To do this, if there are any miscalculations or wrong freight amounts, we will change them accordingly to expedite your order.
United States Postal Services (USPS) ships Monday through Saturday for all orders. When considering your shipping time, do not forget you could receive your orders on Saturday as a possible date of receipt of an order.
UPS orders are shipped Monday - Friday using normal shipping methods that are considered standard business shipping days.

Holiday Shipping Information
During peak periods, Holidays, and major release events, delivery dates may be delayed due to customer volume.

Orders placed online where the address and customer information has been supplied by the customer is the only address we have to ship to. In the event a wrong or incorrect address is supplied when placing an order, an additional shipping charge may be applied to your account if the product comes back to us and needs re-shipping.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS:
Once an order is submitted into the system, processed, and shipped, it cannot be changed or revised. If upon delivery the item is refused, or not accepted or undeliverable and sent back to vbgames, the account will be credited for items only, excluding freight and the order will be canceled.
Orders placed with vbgames may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. It is the customers responsibility to contact us by phone to cancel an order if so desired. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EMAIL OR FAXED CANCELLATIONS. A phoned verbal cancellation is required for cancellation to avoid shipping charges and/or closure of account. Customer service representatives are available 9-6 EST five days a week for your convenience. Feel free to call us at 616-583-1990 you have any questions. If an order has been canceled verbally prior to shipping it will then be forwarded to accounting for processing and crediting if necessary. Credits may take up to one business cycle before they reflect on your account. Please note, when speaking to your salesperson you may request a refund or in store credit that may be applied towards future orders.
Refused orders can cause cancellation of account status. So please think twice before refusing an item you rightfully ordered.
PRODUCT RETURNS:
All product sales from this website once accepted by the customer are considered final and are non-returnable. In the unlikely event that a duplicate order occurs, please contact your vbgames sales representative for confirmation and return merchandise authorization (RMA). See below for information regarding product warranty, defective merchandise, and products damaged during shipment.
Any authorized returned merchandise will be credited after verification.
If you've spoken to a vbgames Customer Representative and you have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number, any exchanges, repairs, or refunds due to your account can take a full business cycle (up to 30 days) to be credited, repaired, or exchanged. We do not offer any freight reimbursement for returned merchandise. Any unauthorized returns shipped to vbgames without proper RMA authorization will be refused.
MISSING PRODUCTS OR ORDERS:
Before calling vbgames about an item that is missing from your order, please check your latest e-mail correspondence for the items you should expect to receive. Remember, preordered items soon to be released will be processed and shipped upon the official release of the product. We will only charge you for products that are in stock at the time of shipping. In the unlikely event that an item has been charged but not available at the time of shipping due to allocation errors, that item will be removed from your order and credited back.
If you feel after adding up your order that you are still missing an item that you think you may have been charged for, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at our web site Customer Service Inquiry Form or for Faster Service call Customer Service at (616)583-1990. If you have placed an order and have noticed that you have not been charged for the items, please check your e-mail for a cancellation notice. International customers who have been charged and have not received their order but have received tracking information should consider contacting the shipping company or customs who may be holding their product. We at vbgames are not responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs that may be incurred by the consumers country of residence.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If you are being delivered a package that you notice is being crushed or damaged, we highly recommend that you inform the driver to make note prior to accepting. If you have already been delivered a package and notice it is damaged, please contact the shipping company listed on the label or call a vbgames customer service representative immediately. In most cases, a tattered box does not mean that your products have been damaged. After opening your package you find a damaged or broken item, please call the shipping company and vbgames immediately. DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR BOX OR PACAKAGING AS THIS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. Orders are shipped through (USPS) and (UPS) shipping companies. When speaking to a shipping company it is important to obtain a reference number about your damage and conversation. By following these simple steps, you will be assured a fast resolve to this unwanted incident. Once an item has left our warehousing facility it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company to deliver your products in a safe and expeditious manner. In any occurrence of damage we at vbgames are behind our customers 100% in resolving any shipping issues after items have left our hands. International customers should immediately contact the shipping company and follow through with filing proper paperwork on their end.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If you have received a product and feel that it is defective within the first 24 hours of receiving and opening the product, it is required that you contact vbgames's customer service at 616-583-1990 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Without an authorized RMA, returned merchandise will be refused at our warehouse location. Many times what may appear to be defective is something as simple as advice or further detailed instructions that a vbgames professional can offer. If after discussion you receive a RMA from a customer service representative, please follow the following steps to insure a quick return and exchange for your defective product.

1. Package the item.
2. Ship to the address listed below with your RMA number clearly written in the space provided :

3. Insure your product and save the receipt.

Any package shipped without an authorized RMA number will be refused at our warehouse location and returned to you. VbGames must be contacted about defective merchandise within the first 24 hours of receipt of goods. All defective merchandise is exchanged for same item only. No exceptions. We also do not offer any freight reimbursement. If you should contact vbgames in excess of the stated duration above, your warranty will be voided. In many cases further warranties are available through the manufacturer (maker) of the item. Please refer to the manufacturer's product warranty for further assistance. In most cases your sales receipt will be all you need when dealing with the manufacturer. Your warranty for defective products may be voided if your products have been found to be mishandled, abused or broken by unreasonable use. Should you have any additional questions, please see warranty information.
CREDIT CARD DENIALS:
If you have placed an order, and your credit card has been declined, due to insufficient funds or misinformation your order will be canceled. We do not make any guarantee that you will be contacted. Please make sure that adequate funds are available when ordering. Please have your product shipped to the same billing address where you receive your credit card statement. This will insure a smoother and faster transaction.
